Designing Engaging Content
Greenies, a dental treat brand, was looking to enhance their email engagement rates through CRM. They had build a large database of names, but started to see their engagement rates decline. As the business owner, I utilized data to identify one root cause of slowing engagement was due to non-mobile optimized templates, mixed brand identity, and unclear messaging. I rethought the brand strategy, and created new designs, content, and templates that would increase email engagement by 10%.
The Before
Content was mixed across various styles. The most important messages were buried underneath a scroll.
The After
Clearer messaging hierarchy and strategy prioritized the key banner that is most important for the consumers.
